When I grow up, I want to be writer, and possibly a photographer. I'm going to live in New York City (well, I want to.) and write all kinds of stuff, write novels, columns and short stories.
If I do become a photographer, that would be fun. I'd love my job.
I feel that photography, writing and music is something that I love very much right now. Truth is, I've started composing a few songs, but they aren't very good. Not yet.
There are so many things the future holds for me, and all I've gotta do is reach out and grasp it.
I've been spending a lot of my time on Tumblr lately, and all I've noticed is the amazing photos that appear on my feed everyday. But the kind of photos that calm me the most are photos with water in them, specifically the sea. Or trees, or anything to do with nature. I guess nature gives that serene feel, and it makes me realize that it all comes back to God. After all, he did make the oceans, the trees, the animals and the seas. (See what I did there? Haha.)
And what better thing to do than to capture water, trees, etc. in a beautiful picture, or write about it? Well, if you're good at descriptive writing, that is.
Point being, when I grow up and graduate from college or university, I want a job that can help me display God's beauty in his creations. But then again, if I do pick up writing as a career, I really would like to write novels and all that. Oh, but being a photographer would be amazing.
Currently, I'm trying to save up for a DSLR. But for now, I'm using my iPod to take all kinds of photos, I mean, what better than utilise what I already have? Okay, this post wasn't much, I'm sorry, but this is my blog, and I write whatever comes into my head when I blog. And Apparently this landed in my head.
Just, imagine if you could convey a whole story in a single photo. I want to do just that.
And I want to write too, haha. Okay, thanks for reading this post. :)
